I am a qualified Reflexologist & Holistics Therapist.

My passion in life is caring for people. I trained as a Reflexology Practitioner in 2015 gaining my Diploma under the expert tutelage of Principle Maureen O’Callaghan who runs the Tara School of Reflexology in Gorey, Co. Wexford.

There, I learned the amazing technique of Reflexology and a wealth of knowledge in anatomy, physiology, nutrition and guidance in managing my own business, as well as networking with a host of other like-minded individuals.

I am a trained Holistic Beauty Therapist. I have also previously worked in marketing for L’Oreal and Maybelline before a career in the Social Care sector over a 15 year period starting as an Administrator in the Housing and Homelessness sector.

After obtaining an honours degree in Social Care I worked in Disability services, Children’s Residential and Therapeutic Services.

I loved that work but it was challenging juggling shift work, night shifts and 24 hour shifts with small children. I needed more balance hence forth my ambition to open my own caring business blossomed.

I took a huge leap of faith in opening Willow Holistics in June 2019. I love the balance and harmony I can bring to customers and help alleviate all too common complaints like anxiety, fatigue and stress-induced ailments through reflexology based therapies.

At Willow, only natural or certified organic and ethically sourced products are used, which is really pleasing to my customers. This is something I have been passionate about for years.

I believe in lifelong learning and building upon my skills, I look forward to sharing any new skill I learn during the course of my practice and to warmly welcoming you to Willow Holistics.

The leaves of the Willow Tree symbolise nature, fertility, life and harmony. The trunk of the willow tree symbolise balance, strength, growth, standing firm and withstanding the greatest of challenges. An active compound found the Willow tree is called Salicin and has been used for centuries as an ingredient in medicines and herbal preparations as a natural anti-inflammatory and pain reliever. Reflexology works on the parasympathetic nervous system which helps to bring the nervous system into balance helping to reduce stress and anxiety which can greatly reduce inflamation in the body.
