Cancelations & Late Arrivals Policy

Appointments are booked at a time that is mutually agreeable.  If you are unable to attend an appointment please give 24 hours to avoid charges being incurred.  The more notice given affords the opportunity to offer an appointment to someone else. Your commitment to your appointment time is very much appreciated. If you are running late you will of course still be taken however please understand that your appointment may be shorter than usual in order to honour the next customers booking.
