Cancelations & Late Arrivals Policy

Appointments are booked at a time that is mutually agreeable.  If you are unable to attend an appointment please give a minimum of 48 hours notice to avoid charges being incurred.  The more notice given affords the opportunity to offer an appointment to someone else. Your commitment to your appointment time is very much appreciated. If you are running late please understand that your appointment may be shorter than usual in order to honour the next customers booking. Repeat short notice cancellations will lead to necessary pre payments for appointments. No shows - will only be permitted to rebook once their treatment has been paid in full.
